Return Process

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will verify the device's condition and serial number, then process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
